Other Details to Note
One flight of stairs leads to the home entrance. Four/all wheel drive and/or snow chains may be required during winter months to navigate mountain roads. It is important to note that due to the cool temperatures and mountain breeze, our property is not equipped with Air Conditioning. Per HOA policy, no animals/pets are permitted. No refunds for weather.

Our unique location puts us within walking distance of these activities. A short drive away are wineries, white water rafting, Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
