With this condo sitting right on top of everything in Fuquay, there is no more convenient location. The layout is perfect with a living area separating the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is clean, attractive, and well appointed. Perfect experience.

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at! I have had a lot of bad luck with Airbnb’s so was reluctant to book, but Erin’s place was so perfect & clean. We will definitely be staying here with our family again.

I really enjoyed the stay. The condo was so clean. I also appreciated the downtown area. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. I won't hesitate to book this place next time. I just wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the place and surrounding area.

We had an amazing stay at Sea and Sound. The place was immaculate! So clean and comfy! Everything is updated and decorated nicely. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, beach equipment, and games. Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms were clean with good water pressure! It has such easy access to the beach, and the sunset views of the sound are beautiful! There is a kayak launch right near the house, or you can put out right under the bridge to North Topsail and enjoy the Intercostal and canals. The house is convenient to things in Topsail and Surf City! Our family loved Scoops Microcreamery in North Topsail and Daybreak Donuts in Surf City for some sweet treats! The Karen Beasley sea turtle hospital and rescue is a great place to tour with kids! So many fun things to enjoy during your stay! Erin is a great host and is very responsive. You can tell she takes great pride in providing her guests with everything they need to have the best vacation! Thank you, Erin, for a great experience!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was spacious, clean, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of convenient options nearby for food and shopping, and made getting around very easy.
Erin was a fantastic host—she provided clear, easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, and was always responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.
We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Erin was very communicative and checked on us to ensure we were ok, and if we needed anything. The place was exactly as advertised, and more importantly clean!! This is our third time staying at Erin’s place. The communication and check-in are great. It’s always clean, well stocked, and a great location! The beds are awesome. You will be very comfortable here.

We loved our stay at Erin‘s condo. It was centrally located and had great views from the balcony. A couple restaurants and shops were a very short distance away, easily walkable. We went skiing every day and walked to the slopes instead of driving to the parking lot. The condo building was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for our family. If you come in the winter, make sure you bring a 4WD vehicle. Erin was very quick to respond to our questions and was very helpful. Thanks for a great vacation! We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time! Great ski trip with some fresh snow to top it off. Beautiful home with all you need to have a nice, welcoming time. Great location. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Great experience! Lovely place! It was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. LOVED the back balcony with the mountain view! Everything was great and we would love to stay here again some day!
