Please Note: The unit is accessed via a full flight of stairs, and once inside, the home features two interior levels. There is no elevator access, so the space may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations. We’ve included photos to help you plan accordingly, but please feel free to reach out with any questions prior to booking. Additionally, while uncommon, the community pool may occasionally close for maintenance or circumstances outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued for temporary pool closures during a stay.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home, from the inviting indoor spaces to the outdoor decks and included amenities. Convenient self-check-in is available via a smart lock. To access the beach, simply head out of the neighborhood and cross the road (Island Drive). Our private beach path is located between the two large oceanfront homes directly across the street.
